Justin Mace

Justin Mace is a former professional pitcher, national award-winning athlete, and the founder of 208 Baseball. His passion has always been simple: help athletes become the best version of themselves—on and off the field.

Justin's baseball journey took him from Walla Walla Community College to Lewis-Clark State College, where he helped lead the Warriors to a College World Series National Championship. Along the way, he earned National Pitcher of the Year honors, All-American recognition, College World Series All-Tournament Team, and still holds the record for the lowest ERA in College World Series history. He went on to play professionally with the Arizona Diamondbacks organization.

After his playing career, Justin dedicated his life to developing athletes. Today, he coaches hundreds of baseball and softball players every year through 208 Baseball, a premier training organization built around elite coaching, state-of-the-art facilities, and a commitment to long-term player development.

More than wins, rankings, or scholarships, Justin believes sports are a vehicle to teach discipline, work ethic, leadership, resilience, and character. Every lesson, practice, and conversation is designed to help athletes succeed not only in baseball, but in life.

His vision has grown into one of Idaho's premier baseball and softball destinations, featuring indoor training facilities, premier fields, strength and performance programs, camps, clinics, leagues, and year-round development opportunities.
