Former professional baseball player and founder of Daly Athletics, Coach Rich Daly is dedicated to developing baseball and softball athletes of all ages.

As a Pelotero Verified Data Collector, Rich specializes in the Universal Rating System (URS), objectively measuring the five tools of the game—speed, arm strength, defense, hitting, and power—to provide athletes with measurable, data-driven development.

Rich coaches with Idaho Intensity and has an assistant varsity coaching announcement coming soon.

His passion is simple: teaching baseball and softball, developing confident athletes, and helping every player reach their highest potential.
