Bryson Vaughn is a former professional baseball player, entrepreneur, and the founder of Barefoot Bandit, a brand built around hard work, authenticity, and giving back to the next generation of athletes.

After competing at the professional level, Bryson shifted his focus from playing the game to growing it. Through coaching, mentoring, and youth development, he has dedicated himself to helping young athletes build confidence, develop their skills, and learn the values that extend far beyond baseball.

As the founder of Barefoot Bandit, Bryson has created more than a brand—he's built a community that encourages athletes to compete with passion, embrace the process, and stay true to who they are. His coaching philosophy centers on developing complete athletes by emphasizing fundamentals, discipline, accountability, and a love for the game.
